To independently assess the existing programme and its delivery, and advise on improvements for the new curriculum.
What we did
- Reviewed and advised changes to the national coaching curriculum.
- Built behaviour change principles into how sessions are designed and delivered.
- Created a bespoke 8-week training programme focusing specifically on team working skills.
