How I help / Integrity and wellbeing in sport
Integrity that shows up on the pitch.
Integrity, anti-doping, safeguarding and wellbeing programmes in sport often focus on rules, not the behaviour and culture behind them. I help governing bodies, clubs and anti-doping organisations change what actually happens.
Sound familiar?
If any of these sound like you, you’re in the right place.
- Your integrity education ticks the box. It doesn’t change what happens in the changing room.
- Coaching culture depends on whoever is in charge this season.
- Wellbeing support exists, but players don’t use it.

Questions
Why doesn’t most anti-doping education change behaviour?
Knowing the rules isn’t enough. People break them because of pressure, norms, the people around them and the ways we justify our own behaviour. Effective education tackles those drivers, and I measure whether behaviour changes, not just whether people passed a quiz.
Do you carry out independent reviews?
Yes. I review integrity, wellbeing and coaching culture programmes independently, with the rigour to stand up to your board, your funders and public scrutiny, and a clear plan for what to change.
Who do you work with in sport?
Governing bodies, leagues, clubs, anti-doping organisations and sport charities, from grassroots to professional. Past work includes WADA, the League Managers Association and Football Beyond Borders.
Want your integrity programme to change behaviour? Let’s talk.
No pitch. If I’m not the right fit, I’ll point you to someone who is.
